Can someone please help me about how to add schematics to my game. I see it in the list of things I can do but it's locked. How do I unlock it?

Hello,

If you want to load schematics, you need to add them to your schematics folder that you can find in the Minecraft directory.
Once you have added your schematics, load the game (1.7.10-1.14.4).
Enable Schematica and press / on your number pad to open the list of your schematics. Click on the schematic and then click on the load button.
