So on 1/17/2020, I purchased the Astellic cloak, and I logged onto Minecraft and it was there. I'.m not sure how much later (maybe 2 months I'm guessing) it disappeared. I thought it was strange, but didn't think much of it. Today, I wanted to get the thirtyvirus cloak, but it did not work, saying Unknown Error occurred. I was just looking around the badlion menu when I clicked payments and remembered that I bought my Astellic cape, so I tried to look in my cosmetics but it wasn't there, so I tried to reorder it and it came up with the same Unknown Error occurred. Looked for badlion support and it brought me here.

Edit: I cannot find an email confirming my purchase from badlion or buycraft
