In 3.0, could you and your devs possibly look into adding a feature where using a shield in 1.12+ would replace its texture with normal sword blocking? I imagine it would be possible considering it would just be changing an animation and not an actual mechanic.Posted on 06 June 2020 - 11:48 AM

Hello!1: Do you guys think of making badlion look a bit nicer..? (Like lunar?) Its kinda unorganized, font isn't centered and overall looks a bit old.. Besides that really cool client, playing it on daily level.
2: In the future updates (I have insider), May you guys add a "Drop all" button, which will drop 64 of item you're holding?
3: Will you add border to all display features (like keystrokes).. Border looks cool on keystrokes, but when I put combo under keystrokes, looks a bit empty.

1. Badlion Client 2 is a complete mess to be quite honest. We were in a rush with the original version and did not have time to plan things out in advance. In Badlion Client 3.0 we have a lot more things done correctly and it's all around more organized. I'm sure everyone will have something to be excited about with Badlion Client 3.0 (which is still coming out later this year)!2. Can't you already do this in vanilla Minecraft?

Hey, awesome job on the client, it's really improved and I love using it whilst playing. As for my questions;1. Did you expect the minecraft community to "revive" like it did?
2. Why do you think minecraft exploded in popularity again?
3. How pleased are you with the client in it's current state? What things do you think should improved on?

1. Nope, did not see that coming2. I believe it was for a few reasons, one big one being Minecraft Mondays and the youtubers slowly returning to Minecraft. Another big thing to me is that Fortnite (which took a lot of MC players) has not been doing anything interesting with the game for a year now. People got bored of the really long seasons and came back to Minecraft. Lastly I think Hypixel Skyblock definitely helped to bring some fresh ideas to the game.
3. I'm content with the current state. I am a perfectionist, and am always trying to figure out how to get to the next step. It's really hard for me to look at something and say "this is perfect."
4. Passing 10K players was pretty crazy, hitting 20K players during last summer (2019 end of year goal) was awesome…hitting 70K players this summer….yeah I just don't know what to think anymore haha. I'd say my next big proud memory will be passing 1 million monthly users (which we are heading towards faster than I thought).

Is there any plans of resetting our badlion data (all profiles, cache, etc.) without manually going after our %appdata% folder? It would also be appreciated if something like the uninstaller deletes everything that badlion creates (like profile folder, logs, etc.)Posted on 06 June 2020 - 12:02 PM
We delete quite a bit on uninstallation actually already. We could probably look into adding some more options to destroy log files, versions, etc.I will add this to my TODO list (probably won't happen until later this year or start of next year).

I have a suggestion or bug (Idrk). So with the replaymod, I don't see the timestamps on the top or bottom timeline (I forgot). This would help when wanting to do cinematics etc. in 1x speed, if you know what I mean. Is this intentional?Posted on 06 June 2020 - 12:02 PM

I don't know what this is: I have bought the ''dragon wings'' and the Sword cape, and I like them a lot!
Keep up the good work with Badlion Client!
By the way: If an Administrator is reading this, then I would like to say one thing, Badlion Client is my best client and if there is some tier list maker out there for Minecraft client's then Badlion Client would be on 1. (for me)

Hey. We already have a resource pack organizer built into Badlion Client.Quickplay is kind of already supported in Badlion Client via the AutoText mod (you can setup command macros with this)….maybe one day we will add something more controllable into the client like Quickplay as well.
