Did you purchase the Dragon hat with the hype emote included? If you returned it, the whole transaction was refunded which means you lose all the items, not parts of it.I'm assuming that you purchased the halo cosmetic separately? Please tell me how you purchased the cosmetics, so I can provide you with the best advice going forward.
