It just doesn't make sense, waiting won't do anything, because I already waited more than a year. I don't show up in the BAC Client thing. So I shouldn't even be banned at all?

Hey, are there any updates on the matter? I don't really want to be banned forever, even tho I shouldn't be banned forever. I also have a question; I heard multiple times now, that there is a chance you get permabanned on the second ban. But what do I have to do to have it be perma?Thank you,
