This isn't meant to make an arguement, internet does feed into ping but only by like 10ms if it's strong or not, I can't explain very well.
Look at this way:
If you're internet is bad, it makes your ping bad. If your internet is the best in the world, you will reach the lowest ammount of ping you can get from your location.

Internet speed rarely affects your ping. I can have 1 Mb up/down and have 10 ping to Badlion NA if I lived really close to the servers. If you have an ISP that is doing something stupid like routing through their servers multiple times for no reason, or routing your traffic through a longer way, then that is a different story.

5 bars = 0-149ms
4 bars = 150-299ms
