I don't think it was right to fully take away peoples ranks for playing on a blacklisted server. I mean, it's not their fault these servers had been blacklisted. It's not like they went onto Badlion and said "HEY!! Come to my stream!! -blah blah blah-" Then just went over to another server to play on. I mean, you can't expect them to play the same servers over and over. It gets dull. Then they lose viewers and then they eventually lose their rank anyway, it's just a cycle. You either lose your rank advertising a blacklisted server, or loss of views of dull content. I just think if they do this maybe they can't participate in somethings. Ex: UHC on air. Just my opinion. I get this is a business and all but, it's a fucking block game rank, I think you can give a vote or something. I mean, this is business right? You trash a server you have never played on, good game sir. One of the "blacklisted" UHC servers is actually the best UHC server out there. It has less of a toxic player base and more fun games. I understand the logo was used unlicensed by badlion in the intro, and was used for monitization by big youtubers, but I'm sure the most that could be done is ask for the video to be removed for copyright infingement. You wouldn't actually be able to sue for that. Also, I can't find any trademark for the logo online? (only for the name, and all trademarks should be publicly avaible.)Besides that, I still don't understand how the players themselves were official representatives or partners of a blacklisted servers. As said, they had no malicious intent and they were not representing another server in any way besides playing on it (which was allwed until the new rule). It was not done with any intent to promote one server over another.
They were not partaking in false representation either as there was nothing official of them representing badlion in any way. The false representation would be the use of the logo (the name is not present either). I can't find the trademark online for your logo (maybe I'm just bad at looking things up).
I'm also confused with the trademark infringement here. They did not use your logo " in relation to products or services which are identical or similar to the products or services which the registration covers." One is a server, one is a multimedia youtube video. If anything It's free advertisment for your server and if you're not okay with it you can request it to be taken down, that's it (as far as I know)

Just saying, if Badlion were trying to eliminate competition then wouldn't more popular servers be blacklisted instead of quote small servers who are trying to get a player base like badlion's.
