Now I personally haven't played MP or HP too much or any other servers tbh, but here's my opinion.
Firstly, like Smelly said you're being very hypocritical.
Secondly, I haven't come across a community, like Badlion before (in EU at least). Most people recognise each other etc and it's just genuinely cool. Despite it still being quite toxic, I still like the community and I wouldn't change it. Because of this I'd class it as a better community than MP or HP because Badlion isn't exactly filled with ten year olds screaming and shouting at each other if they lose :P
Thirdly, competitive PVP is starting to get recognised more and guess what Badlion will probably the place they go because of the various game modes, stats and just a lot higher standard of pvp. Therefore, it definitely has the potential to reach the heights of servers like MP or HP.

I'm starting to take simple lessons taking it seriously.
Same here, I've always been interested in coding and programming but never have had the time to try it out. I know basic stuff like console.log for Java (or JS, I don't know whether they are different so you can tell how nooby I am xD) and print, if, else for Python. The extremely basic stuff. However stuff like Bukkit and BungeeCord are just alien to me. I really find it amazing how the developers have coded everything on the Badlion Servers and constantly fixing bugs like it's second nature. I would probably stare at the code and just go and cry in the corner ;-;
Maybe one day I'll learn but at the moment, I'm not so sure I'm cut out for it :D

@MasterGberryAre the requirements less strict for Jr. Developers? I would love to gain more experience with Java and learn Bukkit. So if I can I would love the opportunity. But I am not yet experienced enough to get Developer.

We don't let anyone join the development team without a NDA.

@MasterGberry
Yeah I understand that I would have been fully okay with signing a NDA. My question was mainly asking about the years of experience. Like to gain experience I would love to join Jr. Developers and then become full Developer when I have more experience and knowledge.

Well I think it says it in the wiki post.
Under the 2 headings: "What do I get as Jr. Developer" and "How do I become a full developer and get paid?"
In the part of Jr. Developer their is clearly stated that you get experience and help while learning Java. On the side of How do I become a full developer their is a part which says that you only become a full developer when your code is of good quality and it's doesn't takes you ages to create a program.
So I believe that you get the chance to grow as a Jr. Developer. *edit* They do say you need to know java or python in the begining of the wiki post. Not clearly stated about what exactly.
I my self applied for Jr. Developer because I don't mind doing it for free in the return of experience and because I have no actuall proof of work. So I let them decide where to put me. Yet I don't care getting payed it would be nice because you spend time on it but the experience is enof for me.
Becide that I'm getting my bachelor in IT and application development so It would be a big plus to also get the extra experience.
If I was you just fill in the qeustions with what you know make the programming taks as good as you can and see where it will get you ;).
