To my knowledge, the mod ToggleSprint and/or Better Sprint is allowed. For a more detailed list of the approved mods and the rules can be found here for the rules and here for the approved mods/url]^^^

Yes.ToggleSneak 1.7.2-1.8 is allowed.
BetterSprintingMod 1.7.2-1.7.10 is allowed.
BetterSprintingMod 1.8 is not allowed due to knockback reduction.
