There is a place and it tells you where to send Moderator Applications. Posting it on the ArenaPvP section or any other section will make your chances lower because it shows you cannot follow instructions. All formats for all postions are explained on the Announcements section. You're giving away all your information and ideas by posting it here thus people copy it and might or might not get accepted. It's up to you to find out how and where to apply.
