Excessive Running in 1v1s
So yesterday, I was playing SG. I ran into an 1800 that decided when he got low he'd run for a while. He turned around and we both got low, but he still ran. I killed him in the end, but good god did he run. An idea might be to give the running player slowness 2 after he ran for maybe twenty seconds, but at the same time if you're chasing him you can get it too. That might be a bit of a problem, but THEN people could just stop and get rid of the slowness. Maybe make players stop for 10 seconds in order to get rid of the slowness. Just some thoughts.

I agree that they should be punished, but I disagree about the idea that they get slowness. Because if someone does it to you and you try to chase him, you'd get slowness'd too.

running isn't on there. Mods wouldn't have time anyway to simply sit there for five minutes and see if a player is running for the troll or genuinely trying to regenerate.
