I'm not sure what this map is called, but Its the one with a giant tree in the middle with 2 hills on opposite corners and players starting in opposite corners with grass every where.

New idea. Try to do the same bug,
except wait a while before hitting respawn.

That's not the bug. We've already patched that and the bug is still happening.

I don't know if this is what you're asking for but this is the only thing I have found. You are able to glitch out of the arena in survival mode and walk on top of the roofs of nearby arenas. If you want to see how just let me know. Don't want to render / upload the video then find out it's useless to you guys.

Idk if this means anything, but this guy joined the Kit Combo in Slaughter and was in spec mode rather than actually playing. He claims that he joined at the last second before it was about to start, but got spawned with nothing.

step 1: change the max chunk updates to lower than they are now.
step 2: only allow players to break/place 25 or less blocks, for less chunk updates. I know that could potentially change the style of the kit, but it should fix the lag. Thats the goal of this survey right?

I am honestly not 100% sure that will fix EVERY SINGLE Lag Spike, but it should shorten the time they last.

That's not the problem. The problem is someone glitching out of the system which in turn causes the massive chunk updates.

Idk if this ispart of the problem but sometimes in spec mode when I spam left click the teleportation tool I can glitch out of the arena I was spectating and go into other ones

How about you use chuck loaders to keep the chucks loaded and then right some form of code that resets the chucks "X" times at different times or something along those lines?

I found and reproduced a bug which smelly patched. This basically eliminated Fork's bug from being the issue. Lion for me xD?

I found a glitch today whilst doing 3vs3's.

It was when we joined the dead players from the round before were still there lying on the ground cause they had yet to Respawn.

This could be the item causing the lag, I'm going to record to make sure I get it if it comes back again.

Hello! I think I MIGHT have a idea on why it is lagging and possible solutions.

First off, badlion host a massive 1000 players which is huge! Making this server bigger has just increased the popularity of the server, however increasing it too 1000, LISTEN DONT STOP READING IM GETTING TO MY POINT many huge party's and 10v10s and more, are beginning to get more popular and I think that this could be causing the lag issues. Whether it's party fights or just duals, correct me if I'm wrong, badlion maps are supported for 5v5 max. What if the 10v10 or lower is causing the lag? There has been a massive spike in lag recently, and it has not affected me but it has other players. I know when iBeaturscore was streaming and he invited like 20 people in to a party it lagged the whole server. Which is understandable. Possible solutions are to decrease the amount of blocks given to the in kit BUILDUHC, this is POSSIBLE SOLUTIONS. The more blocks on the map could affect the map reset time.

Secondly.This might just be plain dumb, however I know there has been lag spikes for players in 2v2 duel combo. This is once the game has finished, my guess is that the server is trying to switch from no hit delay to, hit delay. Possible solutions for this is to have maps just for kit combo, so it doesn't have to switch between no hit delay. I know it is not on the list, but it is providing lag spikes for the players in both parties duelling.

Thirdly. in skywars you have to build over to middle in order to fight you opponent, and the blocks stay on the map for the rest of the game, until the server restarts the map. Let's say I'm in a 1v1 ranked. Ok so I have just built over, and this guy is fighting me and then the map shirks. As long as we are both alive, I'm not sure what time it starts and how many seconds in to the game exactly. However I know that it happens. Anyway back to the 1v1. The guy starts camping and the map begins to shrink. What if the timer for that, the time it takes for the map to shrink, is missing something. What if it's affecting the whole server? What if it's wrong? What if the clock is delayed? I know that I might be wrong. However it's a suggestion.

Finally, I think that the areas for badlion are amazing however I think they are working too hard. When I join a game I sometime see people die other than my opponent. This is a player from my previous game. I know for a fact that you can fly when you finish the game, you get put into gm1 and you can't break blocks. I think that the map availability is marked as 'ready' when the player that has won gets put into gm1, this makes the server work really hard to clear the arena before the next 2 players can join. If the time it takes for a the arenas to be marked available is increased till THE WINNING PLAYER/S ARE AT SPAWN and/if the map has restarted completely. It will only be the winning player because the player that died might have not clicked respawn.

Edited: I noticed when your in spec mode, when I try and break blocks it doesn't say. 'You can't break blocks here' so maybe the specs in party's are breaking blocks and its creating lots of lag, I'm going to test it out with some friends later.
Also to kill someone when there in a corner you can place lava right? What happened if the lava is breaking the wool walls, I have noticed holes in the maps in the corners of the map and at the side, however these have only been 1 block not 2 so there is no possible way anyone can get out.

I investigated how people got out as spec, also there are some more small and minor issues that may or not need to be fixed. @SmellyPenguin Also I found that my tests were inconclusive about the skywars. The server lagged when I went out of spec, it loaded the map as usual and when I left the server started to lag. everyone put 'Lag' in chat ;-;

One of the main times I realized the server was lagging was when spleef and combo was added, since those two it seemed to be a bit laggier! maybe how they made the combo work interfered with the rest of the server.

Try to get more discounts on ranks so you get more money because people will donate and try fixing the lag by paying more money for smooth fps on badlion

Maybe there is a chunk error, it happened on our priv. server and found a random chunk error, if that isn't the chase, maybe it is you ISP, and you might want to change it or your server host.
