Blacklisted Server's Former Staff Members

I used to play on one of the blacklisted servers quite often and then it basically shut down and lost many staff members.I started to play more badlion after that happend, and I noticed a few staff members from the blacklisted server became players and staff here too and I wasn't quite sure if this was legal and i want to clarify now.

The staff members Iam refering to are former staff members of a blacklisted server.Do you allow these people to be staff members?

yeah they do. various people are such as me (when I was staff), EmJay (srarena), Teamkingofcool (arena), xSurge (arena) and quiet a few more that I can't think of atm

Yes, as long as they are not concurrently staff members on both servers.
