On the mod i only use potion status armour stautus and thats all i use because i know you cant have mini maps or damage indercaters so yes it is allowed if you dont have mini maps or player info on. I have it of so i cant see the status and i also use toggle sprint and directionHud. So yes BetterPvp mod is allowed exept mini maps and player infoPosted on 20 March 2016 - 12:17 AM
It's not allowed simply because it's not stated as allowed, regardless of what parts of the mod you use. I think it's cheaty and disallowed for obvious reasons though…- The "Quick Use" feature is essentially a macro. In the press of one button, you switch hotbar slots, right click, and switch back to another hotbar slot. This is extremely cheaty in soup pvp or potpvp especially. Rule 11: "General rule is one button, one finger, one click." This mod is one button, three clicks.
- Auto eat. k
- Minimap. lol
- Damage indicator. Showing health doesn't work on badlion (displays as 1/2 heart) but armor/weapon/action are shown.
- Tells you when someone's shooting at you.
- The mod page describes the sprinting feature as "Better Sprint," however 1.8 Better Sprint is not allowed. Dunno if they're the same thing though.
And I played with the mod for 5 minutes. There's probably a lot more.

Nope i follow the rules no mini maps or auto eat or nuthing in the pvp mod exept toggle sneak and toggle sprinti dont use the damage indercater or enything i know that isnt't allowed.

Just download the togglesneak/togglesprint mods. We disallow BetterPvP completely.
On top of that, the bettersprint feature of betterpvp on it's own isn't even allowed (it creates sprint particles while being slowed down, to be confused with hacked clients)
