And Kiwi if you're referring to NoDebuff being competitive, it's not even a ladder on premium. Debuff and soup are there instead as speed based kits, as to debuff you actually need to be good. Take a look at @iHackLiTE currently the #1 global player. They are good at every ladder, masters in 3 of them, yet in one fight when I dodged a lot of their debuffs and landed my own I managed to win a fight. Debuffing can change the game drastically.

Someone before me mentioned but yes, anything external that clicks for you will be detected. This includes autoclickers, bots, scripts, macros, anything pretty much. Also, it's other people's fault for trying too hard at the game. If they're afraid to get RSI or carpal tunnel then they just don't play or click fast. That's it. If they're addicted they need fucking help lol. You have to think about also, like Unwise mentioned, what portion of the community actually suffers from health related issues from vibrating their muscles.

I'll just say this much for the end, don't underestimate ESL / ESEA technology. It's a big mistake.

You understand that BAC checks background processes and such and would definitely be able to determine if a program or application or even anything external would be clicking for you right?
well that's great then! I didn't realise that was even possible to ban.

What if instead of capping cps, we multiply it? O.0
Yeah, this isn't a bad point. This could be a good way to fix it!

I just got stage 3 cancer from this post.

What the actual fuck @00000000000E, you come back after 2 years of leaving and I am seeing nothing but stupidity spew out of your mouth.
Well maybe allowing autoclicking is far fetched, and would ruin the game I agree. Although I think the point about strategy is valid from a viewership point of view. Also the issue with people damaging their health, using a multiplier for the clicking like someone mentioned may be a fix for it? There's no way you can deny that it MAY be an issue having people clicking as fast as possible 10s of thousands of times a day for their health

OCN gamemodes are not clicky and require more strategy than your average pvp gamemodes. If badlion implement those gamemodes (I remember archy said there were already devs working on it), minecraft can be an actual enjoyable esports imo. The skillcap of OCN gamemodes are really high too.
Yeah, this sounds good. You need strategy not just skill for viewership to be sustained imo

well yes, focusing on strategy rather than skill while clicking fast for long periods is more sustainable imo from a professional perspective, and a viewer perspective, so if BL are already heading in that direction, as you've mentioned - then great!

Maybe saying we need autoclickers to not destroy people's health was a bit far fetched… sorry. Although I do feel that strategy needs to be a core part of the e-sport, because otherwise for viewers it will get tedious very quickly. Also I feel that reducing the clicking that needs to be done would be a good idea. Fortunately it seems like not many people have had issues from clicking constantly, although I do feel that there may be long term health effects that are being overlooked… which could be drastically reduced by changing how the gamemodes are structured instead of 90% fast as possible clicking. As someone mentioned having a multiplier on your CPS so that you are still clicking, but not too excessively that you would damage your fingers. @MasterGberry - I understand you hate my post, and maybe the original one was a bit far fetched, although surely there is a point that could be considered? (also from what people have said you are already working on strategy, which is great!)

Btw archybot got arthirist from jitter clicking. He used to click 20cps tho LOL
yep, and I'm sure many other people who played a lot had issues too! All I'm asking is for people to consider trying to develop the esport sustain-ably so pros don't have to quit after a year. That's all :)

In debuff there is more skill, although it is difficult to comeback once you've slipped up slightly. There's little chance of recovery unfortunately!

The only issues I have with nodebuff currently are the kb, pots and cheaters I mean all of them get fixed with Premium so I hope it stays, I guess everyone has their own opinion on it

I've been walking since I was like 1.5 years old and I've stepped like 1 million times since then. I'm honestly terrified that I'll get arthritis from using my legs too much and I'm only 16. There's a good reason track & field has never been competitive, if you're constantly using your legs there will be medical issues and they'll have pain for the rest of their life.

Realize how dumb you sound?

i'm so fcking done lol
