TikTok is a huuuuuuge opportunity but you're wasting it imo. It would do so much better if it was always up to date with the trendy song of the day and if the skin and background matched the song. Recreating tiktoks in Minecraft would also be original and pretty cool for outsiders that have no clue about how minecraft can be animated and lastly, step up your hashtag game !that's all, love u Adam xo

Yeah I know you are, hence why I suggested that rather than having a bland looking page ( https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/215855345304600576/715273599740674058/Screenshot_20200527-204147_TikTok.jpg ) it would be better if for example the song was somehow sea/water related you'd have sea in the background and a fish skin dancing etc..

There were legal reasons that required Spotify to ask us to remove the mod :(We are still talking with them slowly…but it's a slow conversation unfortuantely.

My main question is, will you ever add support to the client for users to add their own mods.For example, if I wanted to use a Zealot Counter mod for Hypixel's Skyblock that gives more detail than the one in Skyblock Addons, would I ever be able to add it with client support?

At this time no, we don't have the infrastructure or plans to allow custom mods. Maybe one day this will change but for now we would rather just improve the mods we have to include all of the features that you guys want!Posted on 06 June 2020 - 12:32 PM
So 1. Badlion is the BEST client out there for everything, but my question is will we ever see a customization update? Like where we can change how our server list, home page, and everything looks or will it forever be defualt?2. Can we have limited edition cactus cosmetics :P (I buy a limited edition cosmetics only XD)

Two things. One: could you add the BetterChat mod to BLC? Two: For the normal Skyblock Addons Mod, each of the modules had settings you could toggle. When like 8 months ago I love using this such client. This client makes smoother experience when playing I get like almost 500 fps. But now I switched to another pvp client sadly. Idk what happen but badlion sometimes crashed and do fps drop on my pc even worse after the new update usually I get like 500 fps even on another client but for some reason only in this client made my fps drop to like -+150 fps only and the gameplay looks laggy. I tried so many ways to fix this but it didn't work. Thats not only my pc my friends got same problem with me. I know coding client is not that easy but can you all fix this pls. Hey. As we continue to add features into the client sometimes the performance takes a hit. We are spending some time in Badlion Client 3.0 to sit down, clean up our existing features, and make things run smoother and faster.The biggest thing that will drop your FPS (unfortunately) is the cosmetics. If you want the highest performance, disable them.
P.S. You only need as much FPS as your monitor supports in the fresh rate (e.g. 60hz, 144hz, etc)

Yeah I know I only need fps as same as my monitor does. But what I mean now my gameplay looks laggy my monitor is 144hz 150 fps is enough actually but yeah still laggy even I disabled my cosmetic. 1. Is there any chance for voice chat in the client?2. Can you add a way to identify other Badlion users? It's really annoying to emote everywhere to see who's using Badlion. Something like the insider icon would be cool.

1. It's something we are investigating. It's a big technical question since we have so many users.2. We are planning on adding something in the future, but not sure when this feature will come.

GBerry, I don't know how much you are in touch with the current ArenaPvP community but if you were you would realize that your statements about Badlion Network not being needed at the moment are simply untrue. I suppose that you mean servers like MMC when you refer to servers that continue competitive Minecraft but these servers do not even come close to what Badlion was for countless reasons.You should know only too well that the server you have ran for years was literally the only thing that came close to real competitive Minecraft PvP. It was a network made for the players, largely by the players with an all-time professional staff team and administration. You guys were the only ones paying attention to all those tiny details needed to deliver this type of environment such as match pages, maps adapted to each kit's needs, balanced combinations of kits, powerful anticheats and countless other things that would make Badlion unique of its kind forever. Everything Badlion had was thought through well until the end to ensure that players would have a hard time finding loopholes in the rules or gameplay as well as for instance spots to abuse on maps. This way or working completed it and provided us players with the unique experience and community that we enjoyed each day playing there.
Just imagine, however, how Badlion Network could be if it were BAC protected and made a huge comeback with the possibility of using the extremely popular Badlion Client as a means of advertisement? How it would be extremely affordable and possibly even profitable when only bringing back the popular gamemodes like ArenaPvP, UHC and maybe Meetup? Everyone on MMC, Lunar and similar would be playing there because these people understood by now that they suffered a great loss the day Badlion Network shut down. We players really do miss the server and even former staff members told me that Badlion was their family and that they really wish it could return…
I am someone who believes that a better product will eventually succeed in one way or another and I understand too well that you had to shut down the server to work on Badlion Client but I believe that it is about time to rethink your policies and take this opportunity to bring back this incredible, outstanding creation of yours!
I hope that you can see what I mean and maybe not ignore this post despite your statements in the announcement post…

It really comes down to a simple point. The dream of a competitive Minecraft esport that Archy and I worked hard towards for many years was killed by Microsoft. They don't want Minecraft esports.Therefore, the idea of pushing a competitive Minecraft agenda was skilled from my perspective. I have no motivation to do so anymore as my end goal was crushed. Sorry :(
Glad to hear that there are other servers out there trying to fill the void, but like you said I don't think any of them will truly be able to.

1. I have no personal interest in bringing it back. Most people want the nostalgia, but it will be a temporary effect and not last.2. Already been updated in some locations ;)
3. We have some changes coming for mod scaling in Badlion Client 3.0. We don't have a final solution on how we want to do this yet, as there are multiple types of scaling when it comes to Minecraft mods.
4. It's might happen :) No promises when.
5. No, this is just leftover stuff from our graphics designer. The mockups from 3.0 are not 100% accurate.

I personally am using Snaps and they work fantastically for me :)We will support what is the easiest for us to support, and that revolves heavily around the software options for Electron apps. I don't have any crazy hopes for the Linux side of things, it's a small community but we are trying to do our best. One of the biggest weaknesses with Linux is exactly what you have presented. A bunch of tools that do the same stuff. Too much personal preference involved, which is why Linux is not growing. There is too much separation unfortunately.

Is there any chance of the Badlion Client adding a sort of Daily / Weekly stat mod for games on the Hypixel Network. For example, a daily bedwars stat mod that tracks daily fkdrs, kdrs, kills, and wins proves useful to many people in the bedwars community (including me). So if you were to use a website such as Hystats.net would you be able to add this to the badlion mods?Also Congratulations on the growth of the community, I appreciate you fixing the mouse bug where you couldn't hotkey items with your mouse**
