You don't need a lawyer to have simple reading skills and looking at the EULA.

Seriously, you're honestly telling me you know so much more about law because you have simple reading skills than people who have been studying corporate law longer then you have had these "simple reading skills".

It's more or less common sense. I'd think you'd be one to know that if your server is not dedicating itself entirely to /r/ultrahardcore, why post server info there?
Poor excuse, if it's common sense it should be in the rules. The rules say anything related to UHC.

Look at the EULA yourself and tell me how you're following every single last thing on there.

Yes. How players join a server is up to you. Single entrance fees or subscriptions are both allowed.

I used to frequent the reddit a lot more, but I can definitely say you're getting a bad bunch of people replying to this topic. Bar one or two, they all present biased and shit arguments, and are also absolutely terrible in arguing a point.
As you can see by the moderation team, and by the UHC team, there's a lot of sensible people on the uhc reddit too.

I was not being very extremely rude in my questions, besides my first post on this topic, but insulting everyone on the reddit by saying they have dropped your iq is just being as bad if they have insulted you.We do not need to insult each other to have a civil argument

Meh, we both believe the party were arguing for is correct and the other is in the wrong. Plain and simple the way I see things is that you guys were in the wrong with what you did, and when you got called out for it instead of admitting you try to back each other up when you know you're wrong. Was Badlion wrong for making this public call out thread? Hmmm, maybe. But it sure as hell got out the message. Don't bite a lion and expect not to be bitten back.(That sounded stupid but I had to use the lion reference)

Yeah, I am agreeing in the fact that people did not need to insult each other in the first place, were both in the wrong there

Can we just lock this thread? It isn't doing anything besides feeding GBerry and the Reddit people's Egos. It's not needed on the forums here. Please lock this and be done with it.Posted on 26 February 2015 - 02:40 AM
From what I have been told at this point privately. Both servers/communities are reviewing and altering some of their behaviors/staffing/rules. This is from their staff members, not whispers from the community. We will wait and see I suppose.

People, CALM DOWN. Since each community has different rules, (they aren't affiliated anyway, but this is like another copyright like issue), there should be no reason anyone should be getting angry at Badlion because of poor moderation. It's their server. We also have ourselves to blame, lowering each other's communities to the point where someone had to snap, and it just happened to be Badlion. Another thing, everyone has to work on communication because if communities want to talk about 'affiliated stuff', they need some agreeing upon when 'dealing' with each other. It's everyone's fault.Posted on 26 February 2015 - 04:48 AM
Honestly I don't see the problem here. At /r/ultrahardcore we play UHC matches and talk about UHC. It seems to me that at Badlion you do the same, except with more of a focus on the fighting aspect of Minecraft. Redditors are sometimes going to play on Badlion. Badlioners (??) are sometimes going to play on Reddit. All this argument is is this http://youtu.be/QfiY9B_F74I with more people and more of a directive. Would it be better if we could all play baseball together? Of course! Will we? No, because we have our attitudes and our friend groups and everyone is going to stick with their pals.Posted on 26 February 2015 - 12:33 PM

there is always someone or something about a specific community that you wont agree with.
