didnt you add that thing that reduces the small lighting updates and just does one massive one a while ago? maybe its causing every chunk in the world to be updated over just the ones that need the lighting update.if it only relates to kits with block placing it could be a possibility.

The massive chunk update is what causes the lag, but it's not the issue. The problem is that somebody glitches out of matchmaking which causes the problems.

Take away all the pot pvp things except 1 that everyone plays nodebuff or a popular pot pvp. Build UHC is really helpful for people warming up for a uhc. I think it would be a shame if you guys took build uhc out. Most people plays Tosti now and Tosti has frame lag but its a way more nice server that doesnt make you lag every fight.( IM NOT COMPLANING) But this is what I think would help the lag. Hope this does fix the lag and hope someone else can too!

Did you even bother to read anything in this thread? Like even the original post? I could say that Badlion is going to be hosted on my 5 russet potatoes starting tomorrow morning and people would still be for it.

Something I see a ton is in BuildUHC you can glitch up a wall using blocks. You build right beneath and in front of you while running and jumping and if your lucky you can glitch out of the arena. Maybe that has something to do with the lag?

I have something for you guys. Rarely, when I kill someone, I can still see their body for a few seconds until I'm teleported. Not sure how the mechanics work because I've never tested it, but in my experience players should disappear immediately after death.
